Whose innovative approach & clutter breaking ideas have created positive changes in the business and social ecosystem in India. Moving a step further from ‘empowerment’, the platform looks to acknowledge and enable women leaders & achievers who have opened up new opportunities for themselves & for others.
Eligibility
• Woman entrepreneur’s company should be an India registered sole proprietorship, partnership, public company, private company, HUF or trust organization
• Entrepreneurs who have made a significant contribution in the respective industry sector in the past one year as on September 30, 2021
• Participants applying in the organization segment: the company should have been incorporated for more 10 years as on September 30, 2021
• Participants applying in the rising business segment: the company should have been incorporated for minimum 2 and maximum 10 years as on September 30, 2021
Application Procedure
FICCI Ladies Organization (FLO), the women’s wing of the apex chamber ‘Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry’ (FICCI) was founded in the year 1983 and is the oldest women’s business chamber in Southeast Asia. FICCI-FLO represents over 8000 women entrepreneurs and professionals across 18 chapters nationally and impacts the lives of thousands every year through its work. FLO works aggressively towards promoting economic empowerment & equal opportunities for women across sectors and verticals of the economy, for a truly inclusive economic growth trajectory.
An equitable judging committee comprised of relevant industry experts, experienced businessmen, and leaders from academia shall be empanelled to select finalists from the list of entries. This industry-specific Jury panel will evaluate entries with a homogenous 20% weightage for each evaluation parameter as stated below.
After scoring the entries, nominees shall be shortlisted and finalists selected for each category
