IIM Lucknow – SIDBI Centre for Innovations in Financial Inclusion (SCIFI) is organizing a Management Development Program (MDP) as a Capacity Building initiative of SCIFI on STRENGTHENING SOCIAL ENTERPRISES FOR LIVELIHOOD PROMOTION during February 2-4, 2022 at IIM Lucknow campus. This program is structured as an intensive 3 days dedicated for Social Startups, Budding Entrepreneurs in social impact space & Enterprises. This MDP program is curated to impart various skills & insights that are required to effectively lead the venture. These programs consist of intensive sessions taken by IIM Lucknow Faculty members and domain experts of the Industry and many other experimental learnings.
Objectives
The present training program has been designed for social startups (engaged in rural livelihood) to strengthen them to take up interventions in rural livelihoods. The 3-day course would address:
• Understanding the frameworks, challenges and opportunities in the livelihood promotion
• Micro-level analysis of livelihood of households
• Strengthening Institutions for the Poor
• Case studies for livelihood promotion models; and
• Business planning exercise for balancing impact and profitability

This program is specifically curated for Social startups, Budding Entrepreneurs and Social enterprises
