Preferred requirements and experience
- Background or demonstrated interest in sustainable finance, financing for climate and nature, and international collaboration;
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work with leading experts and practitioners.
- Ability to work in a high preforming environment and be a team player;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Vaccination requirement

Conditions and benefits of the Early Careers Programme
- Full-time onsite employment contract of 6 months with the World Economic Forum, New York office
- WEF is flexible to accommodate start dates between April 1 and April 29 2024
- Monthly gross compensation of USD $4000
- All required technological equipment (laptop and mobile phone) and accesses provided
- This program is not eligible for relocation or work authorization support
