Are you a dynamic leader eager to empower the next generation? Join the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at KNUST in our quest to shape young minds through our Industrial Mentorship Initiative (IMI). We are inviting exceptional professionals from diverse fields to become mentors and make a lasting impact on the development of young talents.
The IMI is designed to create valuable connections with industry experts and organizations, offering unparalleled mentorship and internship opportunities to Scholars. Our vision is to guide Scholars in career exploration, providing them with the tools and insights necessary to make informed decisions about their futures.
As a mentor, you should:

- Commit to serving as a mentor for one year (with the possibility of renewal) and providing guidance to at most five mentees.
- Be well-connected and enthusiastic about leveraging your network and resources to support the growth of future leaders.
Mentors will:
- Receive free training and access to comprehensive mentoring materials, equipping you with the necessary tools to support your mentees effectively.
- Enjoy a flexible schedule, volunteering your time based on your availability. Mentorship activities may include online communication and face-to-face meetings.
- Provide regular evaluations of the mentorships progress and participate in mentor-mentee networking events to exchange ideas and best practices.
Successful mentoring teams will gain access to capacity-building resources, valuable networks, global recognition, and mentorship certificates.
