Aspen Young Leaders Program 2024 for emerging leaders.

Application Deadline: April 14th, 2024!

Are you a successful young professional, aged 22-35, coming from the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, or Slovakia, or are you residing long-term in the Central European region? Are you interested in what is happening around you and are you trying to make a positive change in your environment?

During this intensive four-day program you will meet exceptional and open-minded leaders interested in tackling current societal and political challenges, and you will get the possibility to discuss and interact with experienced professionals from a broad variety of fields and with very different professional backgrounds. If you know someone matching the criteria above, nominate him/her!

The Aspen Young Leaders Program will take place August 2024, 22-25, in the Czech Republic.

AYLP offers emerging young leaders the opportunity to improve their personal and professional skills, expand their private network in the region, and reflect on what it means to be a good leader in today’s world.

Once or twice a year, we put together an interdisciplinary group of approx. 30 young people from Central Europe who, over four days, debate the role of leaders, their core values, the challenges we are facing in today’s society, and the role we play in solving them.

✔ The Program takes place in remote places in Central Europe and is consistent with the basic Aspen idea of stepping away from the daily routine and reflecting on underlying societal values.

✔ It offers various formal and informal activities to create an environment conducive to sharing ideas, learning, and networking. The agenda includes lectures, workshops, case studies as well as leisure activities.

✔ The Program also includes workshops that develop participants’ soft skills and provide an opportunity for them to share their individual work with one another. It provides participants the opportunity to network and discuss together in a unique, inspirational gathering.
