The Axiata Digital Leaders Programme for Youth 2024 equips Malaysian undergraduates and young professionals with the capabilities to thrive in the digital world. Through a comprehensive curriculum, cutting-edge training and hands-on experiences, participants are provided with the knowledge, tools and mindset to embark on a digital career. This is complemented by leadership and digital fluency training, through which they are positioned to drive innovation and play a role in Malaysia’s ongoing digital transformation.
Requirements
- Applications are open to all Malaysian citizens and permanent residents who are young professionals with at least six months of cumulative work experience.
- Additionally, participants must be residing in Malaysia, between the ages of 23 to 28, have an interest in digital knowledge and own a laptop. Only candidates from families with a household income of RM5500 or less are eligible.
Benefits
- Participants will engage in workshops covering crucial aspects of digital leadership, business skills, and digital proficiency in specialized areas such as digital intelligence, digital marketing, or digital finance.
- All expenses incurred during the programme will be borne by Axiata Foundation.
- These digital skills workshops will be enhanced by customizing Digital Citizenship guidelines, ensuring a holistic and tailored approach to their learning experience.
- There will be multiple challenges introduced at selected intervals.
Application Stages
- Online Application
Submit your application through the Axiata Foundation website. Your application will then be screened by the Axiata Foundation team.
- Online Assessment
If you meet the eligibility requirements, you will receive an invitation to participate in an engaging online assessment.
- Online Interview and Offer Letter
Individual interviews will be conducted, following which offer letters will be sent out within 30 working days.
