In partnership withΒ Procter & Gamble (P&G), Vital Voicesβ Voices that Inspire Program supports young women who are making a positive impact in their communities within Latin America. Through the program, we work to increase the opportunities, leadership capacity, network, and resources for young women; sparking a global movement to create change and transform leadership.Β Β
Key components of the program include a 7-week leadership development course and tailored mentorship. Additionally, participants that successfully complete the program will have the opportunity to apply for a small grant to support their social impact projects.
Eligibility Requirements
- Be 18-25β―years oldβ―at the time of application and identify as a womanΒ
- Demonstrate a commitment to the Vital Voicesβ―core principles of leadership: innovative, collaborative, and driven by a clear sense of mission; has strong roots in her community; is committed to connecting across lines that divideβ―Β
- Be carrying out a social impact project, business, initiative, or other, ORβ―β―Β
- Have a clear idea for a project, business, initiative or other with an explicit social purposeΒ
- Be proficient in Portuguese and/or EnglishΒ
Program Commitment:
- Fully participate in theβ―7-week program, whichβ―includes 2-4 hours per week of live virtual sessions.Β Β
- Participate inβ―mentoring which includes 3-5 virtual or in-person meetings with assigned mentors during the 7-week program.Β
- Provide requested updates to Vital Voices and complete surveysΒ Β
