Applications are now open for the 2025 Dell STEM Aspire – Female Mentoring Program. STEM Aspire is a female mentorship program connecting students to mentors within Dell Technologies. Its aim is to encourage and empower enthusiastic female students to have rewarding careers in the technology sector.
Requirements
- As a female studying a STEM degree or STEM related course or business related course
- HBO 2nd, 3rd, 4th year or University Bachelor 2nd, 3rd year or University Master 1st or 2nd year
- Dutch speaking – professional language skills or native

Commitment
- Engagement with your mentor once a month (can be online, hybrid or face-to-face) for 6 months from February 2025 to July 2025
- Participation in events run by the program (onsite opening ceremony, 9 training session on topics “Technical Skills, Personal Branding, Soft Skills” and the closing ceremony)
- 70% attendance of sessions is required to receive certification ( 100% = approx. 20 hours, events + mentoring)
