In an era of rapid technological advancement, leaders in Europe are urgently navigating the future of the digital and green transition. The European Leadership Accelerator (ELA) will equip emerging leaders with the skills, knowledge, and networks necessary to address these critical challenges.
The European Leadership Accelerator (ELA) is a pilot five-month program that combines biweekly virtual learning with an in-person three-day convening in London. The program will run from March to July 2025. The Atlantic Council will select twenty-five rising leaders from Europe at the intersection of the digital and green transitions. Ideal candidates are impact-driven, politically engaged professionals from the European Economic Area countries or the United Kingdom between the ages of twenty-five and forty working in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Participants will have the opportunity to enhance their leadership capabilities and professional growth through leadership diagnostics, virtual trainings, strategic networking, and peer-to-peer learning. A three-day convening will take place in London in May 2025 to explore the changing European digital and environmental landscape.
Eligibility Requirements
- Ideal candidates are impact-driven, politically engaged professionals between the ages of twenty-five to forty working in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.
- Eligible candidates must be citizens of a European Economic Area country or the United Kingdom. This program will be administered exclusively in English, and candidates must demonstrate fluency or advanced English proficiency.
