The Engineer Management Development Program is designed to prepare participants, Engineer Trainees, for future management opportunities within the Valaris Operations group. The 2.5-year development program is designed to fast-track in an immersive experience through hands-on offshore rotational exposure, international assignments, leadership training, and program projects.
Qualifications and Education
- Engineering degree from an accredited university; principal focus in Electrical, Mechanical, Petroleum, Structural or Marine is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited maritime institution
- Ability to work offshore in a global rig environment for extended periods of time
