Eligibility for the fellowship program requires ACGME-accredited training in Neurology and Stroke fellowship, Radiology and Neuroradiology fellowship, and/or Neurosurgery residency. Applicants must be Board eligible for their respective specialties.
- Three (3) Letters of Recommendation (1 of the 3 LOR must be from a NeuroInterventional surgeon that you have worked with. Another letter from your Program Director.)
