Starting on the frontline of the business, you’ll spend the first 24 months working within a number our contracts, giving you an insight into our sectors as you build a range of operational, commercial and people skills. From day one you will be focussing on developing your capability to lead talented teams, build customer relationships, solve complex problems and communicate effectively. You’ll also receive a wide range of training, including courses in Project Management, Process Improvement, People Management and Change Management.
